Propaganda Games is the brainchild of industry veterans:
Josh Holmes, Vice President and Studio Manager
A veteran in the video game industry, Josh is the creative force behind product development at Propaganda Games. He works hard to attract top talent to the team, ensuring the execution of great games. Before co-founding the studio, he spent nine years at Electronic Arts Canada helping create some of their commercial successes, including Def Jam: Fight for New York, Def Jam Vendetta and NBA Street.
Howard Donaldson, Vice President, Studio Operations
Howard is the business brains behind the studio. He has more than 20 years experience in corporate leadership, twelve of that in the video game industry. As studio co-founder, Howard manages business development and the studio's relationship with BVG.
Before launching Propaganda Games, Howard was Chief Financial Offer for Electronic Arts Canada and Vice President of Finance and Administration for Disney Interactive Studios.
Jorge Freitas, Director, Technology
Jorge drives the studio's technical direction, design and engineering, and the development of software tool sets.
With more than 18 years of development experience, Jorge has exceptional gaming intuition and the know-how to develop original content and licensed properties across genres and for a wide variety of console platforms. During his seven-year tenure at Electronic Arts Canada, Jorge was technical director for Def Jam: Fight for New York, Def Jam Vendetta and a senior software engineer for the FIFA franchise.
Daryl Anselmo, Director, Visual Development
With a keen eye for style, Daryl manages visual excellence for Propaganda titles. Daryl has more than a decade of interactive art development experience, most recently as an art director at Electronic Arts Canada. At Electronic Arts, Daryl worked on the NBA Live franchise and art directed the critically acclaimed and commercially successful Def Jam: Fight for New York, Def Jam Vendetta and NBA Street.
Gary McKay, Director, Development
Gary oversees development at the studio; he works with the team to create product roadmaps and then makes sure development stays on track. It's a big job, but Gary says his team's passion for building great games makes it easy. Gary spent seven years at Electronic Arts Canada where he worked on Triple Play Baseball, FIFA, Championship League, World Cup, Def Jam and SSX.
Patricia York, Director, Human Resources
Patricia manages human resources for BVG's internal studios. She's been with Propaganda Games since the start, recruiting and building a strong team for the Vancouver studio. Before joining Propaganda and BVG, Patricia was Director of Human Resources at Electronic Arts Canada.
